We’re building our freelance designer pool and are looking to connect with experienced freelance creatives who work across digital products and experiences.

We are young and creative, we value diversity and freedom of expression — you’ve probably heard it from every single Berlin based digital agency though.
What makes us different?
The way we collaborate with each other and our partners. Since we offer full-cycle digital services (from Consulting/Research, UX/UI Design, Web Development to Marketing and Product Ownership) to our clients, we approach each job as our own in-house project.
What can you expect?
You can expect to deep dive into a great number of industries — our spectrum of clients ranges from upcoming Berlin Fashion Start-Ups to large Industrials. This allows us to provide you with a great diversity of projects that matches your skills and aspirations.
What you will be doing
This is not a full-time role and not necessarily tied to an immediate open project. Instead, we are building a trusted network of freelance collaborators we can reach out to when relevant opportunities come up. If timing and fit align, this can lead to project-based work and potentially longer-term collaboration.
We’re especially interested in freelancers with one or more of the following specialisations:
- Product Design — UX/UI design for web and mobile, with strong product thinking
- Visual Design — branding-led digital design, especially for websites and digital experiences
- Design Engineering — designer-first profiles who can also support or implement frontend experiences for web and mobile
Depending on the project, you may support us with:
- UX/UI design for web and mobile products
- Product thinking, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI
- Branding-led visual design for websites, landing pages, and other digital touchpoints
- Translating brand systems into compelling digital experiences
- Creating implementation-ready design files and collaborating closely with developers
- Supporting end-to-end delivery from concept to implementation
- Working within or contributing to design systems
We need you to have
Must-Have’s
- Proven freelance or professional experience in at least one relevant area: Product Design, Visual Design, or Design Engineering
- Strong portfolio showcasing relevant digital work
- Experience designing for web, with mobile experience being a strong plus depending on your specialisation
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to different project contexts
- Strong spoken and written English
Selected Nice-to-Have’s
- Agency, consulting, or client-facing experience
- Experience with design systems
- Frontend implementation skills
- Motion, branding, or prototyping experience
- German language skills
