What can you expect?
You can expect to deep dive into a great number of industries — our spectrum of clients ranges from upcoming Berlin Fashion Start-Ups to large Industrials. This allows us to provide you with a great diversity of projects that matches your skills and aspirations.
What you will be doing
- Content Creation: Assist with writing website copy, social media content, other platforms and media. Support with aligning our brand presence.
- Social Media Management: Help maintain our social media accounts by supporting with content creation, scheduling posts, engaging with requests, and contributing ideas for content of our online presence and supporting the team
- Campaign Support: Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, internally and with external partners
- Market & Competitor Research: Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities that can enhance our marketing efforts.
- Data Analysis: Use analytics tools to track the success of marketing campaigns and social media engagement, and provide insights to optimize future initiatives.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with our brand’s tone, style, and visual identity.
- Support with Sales Operations: We don't work isolated at Berlin Bytes and values cross vertical collaboration. You will therefore work closely with the Sales team as well and support initiatives.
We need you to have
Must-Have’s
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German (native or C2) and English
- Creativity and an eye for detail, with experience in content creation or social media management
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts (SEO, social media, Ads)
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
