What you will be doing
- LinkedIn Content Erstellung: Erstellung und Aufbereitung von LinkedIn-Beiträgen für die Management-Profile von Berlin Bytes und Kambria: von der Ideenfindung über das Texten bis hin zur visuellen Umsetzung. Dabei übersetzt du fachliche Themen, Einblicke und Meinungen in klaren, authentischen Content.
- Redaktionelle Unterstützung & Themenplanung:
Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Content-Ideen, Redaktionsplänen und wiederkehrenden Formaten für LinkedIn. Du behältst relevante Themen, Trends und Diskurse im Blick und bringst eigene Vorschläge ein. - Social Media Betreuung:
Unterstützung beim Veröffentlichen von Beiträgen, Monitoring von Interaktionen sowie einfache Community-Interaktion (z.b. Reaktionen, Kommentare). Ziel ist ein konsistenter und professioneller Auftritt der Profile. - Marken- und Tonalitätskonsistenz:
Sicherstellung, dass alle Inhalte zum Stil, Tonfall und zur Positionierung von Berlin Bytes und Kambria passen, sowohl auf Unternehmens- als auch auf persönlicher Management-Ebene. - Analyse & Weiterentwicklung:
Auswertung grundlegender LinkedIn-Kennzahlen (z. B. Reichweite, Interaktionen) und Ableitung einfacher Empfehlungen zur inhaltlichen Weiterentwicklung. - Enge Zusammenarbeit: Bei Berlin Bytes arbeiten wir bereichsübergreifend. Du wirst direkt mit den Gründern David, Fred und Silvano zusammenarbeiten, um gemeinsame Initiativen zu unterstützen.
We need you to have
Must-Have’s
- Laufendes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien, Journalismus, Wirtschaft oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet.
- Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch (C2 oder muttersprachlich) und Englisch (C1).
- Kreativität und ein gutes Auge für Details; idealerweise erste Erfahrung in der Content-Erstellung oder Social-Media-Betreuung.
- Interesse an LinkedIn, Personal Branding und professioneller Unternehmenskommunikation.
- Erste Erfahrung in der Content-Erstellung oder Social-Media-Betreuung (privat oder beruflich) von Vorteil.
- Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an enger Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern.
